Ramnavmi is a Hindu festival celebrated on the occasion of Ramas birthday. Ramas is the seventh avatar of lord Krishna. This festival is made on the day of Chaitra Navratra in the spring season. And comes on the ninth day of the bright half of Chaitra also this month is known as 1 st month of the Hindu calendar. Lord Rama is one of the most revered figures in Hinduism
On this Day the whole country is celebrating the birth of Rama in the house of Raja Dasrath and Queen kausaliya Of Ayodya in Treta Yuga. Also Lakshman, Bharat, Satrughana as the younger brother of Rama.
On this day most of the Hindu temples do organize a Ramkatha of the spiritual book Ramayana. Which narrates complete biography of Rama’s life. On this day many Hindu people visit temples to do puja, bhajan, kirtan, aarti, and many more charitable events organized on this day with Bhandaras in many places where lots of people take food. And also many temples make a miniature of Ram and do rallies (yatra) in their areas.
